　　　はらはら (uneasy)
　　　どきどき (pound)
　　　おちついた(composed)
　　　うきうき (high spirit, buoyant)
　　　ひやひや (scared)
　　　らくたんした (dejected)

　　　つまらないものですが。
おせわになっています。

These are very difficult to express...
　　　I think modest expressions are difficult.

    I recommend ALC website.
    I don't know whether we can use every translated words by ALC, but almost japanese is into English.

    I agree with you, because to express our Japanese feeling in English is very difficult!!
    So, it express our differences clearly, I think.

    Hi!
    I think English speaker use to express easy word.

    When I want to say "お疲れ様です" in English,it is translated "Good jod,today."
    It is a little bit different nuance,I think.

    i think たいぎい is like 面倒くさい as well, but they are not completery equal aren't they?
    たいぎい contains other means..

    i agree with your thought that おつかれさま is difficult to translate.
    actually i was just asked what おつかれ means and when we are say that by my friend from amerika today, but it was very hard to tell her its real meaning.

    Hard expression's Japanese words are difficult to translate, I think.
    I feel English greeting is casual.

    I think that it is difficult to translate modest Japanese words into English like 恐れ入ります、つまらないものですが etc.

    No.2 examples are interesthing. I didn't think of thease words.
    No.3's words are difficult. I think that English speakers don't use these words.

    Oh lots of your example.. GOOD JOB!!
    I think some Japapense can`t transufer i to English. or transfer into diferent ways..
    For example, Japanese "sumimasen" transfer" Excuse me" and "Sorry" in English. they are up to situation ,don`t you think so??

    I think it was made because Japanese always consider other people's feelings.

    I agree with you :)
    つまらないものですが is very difficult to translate in English. Japanese is sometimes use euphemism words, so it is difficult to understand.
